Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of senior analyst and analysts in delivering brilliant work in retail analytics and provide thought leadership and mentoring to the team.

- Take ownership of the existing methodologies and processes and make them efficient and standardized

- Develop new statistically robust methodologies and interface with the clients and senior management in deploying them for the clients

- Collaborate with the leadership team to ideate and develop new solution areas

Requirements :

- Self-starter, driven and motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic start up environment

- 5+ years of experience in analytics in Retail or CPG

- Experienced in managing small teams and taking accountability of team's work

- Strong conceptual understanding of Statistics and analytical methodologies

- Hands on experience in developing and deploying analytical solutions for retailers or brands using forecasting, optimization, regression techniques and segmentations

- Expertise in using R, SAS or other statistical software
