We seek a seasoned Finance Controller specializing in cost accounting and cash flow management to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our financial management team, responsible for our cost accounting systems and overseeing our cash flow management. You will be instrumental in providing the insights needed to maintain cost efficiencies and to ensure our financial resources are optimally allocated and regulated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

- Conduct regular cost analyses and prepare reports for management, highlighting variances and potential areas of improvement.

- Work closely with procurement and operations to track costs associated with operations, ensuring costs are allocated according to company policies.

- Monitor and analyze cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage working capital to maintain the company's liquidity.

- Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic financial decisions based on cost analysis and cash flow projections.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits of the company's finances.

- Lead the budgeting process, incorporating cost and cash flow considerations to produce a realistic and data-driven financial plan.

- Develop and refine financial policies and procedures in cost control and cash flow management to increase efficiency and standardize practices.

- Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ICWA preferred

- A minimum of 5 years experience in finance management, with a strong background in cost accounting and cash flow management.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting software, databases, and spreadsheets; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and compile detailed reports.

- Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
