What you will do :

- Have fun guiding and technically leading to a team of about 10 engineers (and growing)

- Exercise your grey cells architecting and develop multiple complex features in parallel

- Focus on usability, modularity and testability

- Drive engineering best practices and metrics for continuous improvement in an Agile environment

- Develop the roadmap and manage headcount, schedules and deliverables across multiple projects

- Motivate, set objectives, review performances, define growth plans, and nurture a collaborative environment for team members

What you bring :

- 10-12 years of progressive experience architecting, developing & shipping software products, and leading a team

- Strong experience in

- Developing web & mobile apps for scalability, availability, performance, security

- Java, Spring, Hibernate, Android

- Relational & NoSQL Databases

- Microservices, containers, message brokers, queuing

- AWS / Azure / GCP
