Job Title: Head of Business, Taikee Dash (B2B Grocery Commerce)

Reports To: Founder

Position Overview:

The Business Head is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the multicity e-commerce business - customer acquisition and engagement (ordering frequency, average sale value, and take rates). Key goals are revenue and contribution margin.

Key Responsibilities:

1] Strategic Leadership:

a) Lead the business unit's planning and execution, driving growth and market share.

2] Operations Management:

a) Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource management and operational excellence.

b) Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

3]Financial Management:

a) Manage the business unit's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and investments, to ensure profitability.

b) Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.

4] Sales and Marketing:

a) Drive the sales strategy and work with the marketing team to create brand strategies that align with the business goals.

b) Foster strong customer relationships and oversee client acquisition and retention initiatives.

5] Team Leadership and Development:

c) Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellent results.

d) Establish clear team goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and support.

Qualifications:

- MBA preferred.

- Significant experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successful business management.

- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficient understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape.
