Job Summary : We seek a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our staffing services within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets by providing exceptional staffing solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, company-led marketing initiatives, and other professional avenues.

- Develop a deep understanding of the staffing industry and market trends to communicate service offerings to potential clients effectively.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets to secure business engagements.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client requirements with high-quality staffing solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's standards of service and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding, candidate placements, and service delivery.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and forge new business relationships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets regularly while reporting market movement and forecasts to the management team.

- Provide clients with consultations and expert advice on staffing and employment services tailored to their business needs.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

- Proven sales or business development experience in the staffing or HR services industry.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the Indian labor market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and business development targets.
