Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
3. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
4. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
5. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
6. Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
7. Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies
8. Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
9. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Requirements:
1. Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
2. In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
3. Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
4. Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
5. Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Critical thinker and creative
8. Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent
9. Should be able to manage a team of 3-4 people
