- We are looking for a talented, driven, analytical, and creative Brand Marketing Manager to join our enthusiastic Pebble team. In this role, you will drive and execute end-to-end marketing for the brand from product development phase to demand generation marketing strategies, holistic marketing programs and brand visibility improvements to accelerate the growth of the business.
- Importantly, the candidate must be able to work at both a strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (execution)
- The Role would include the following: Create consistent messaging and brand positioning. Conceptualising and developing brand collateral including packaging, digital creatives, POSM, etc
- Strategy and Implementation to accelerate Offline and Online Sales and Brand Awareness.. Enhance D2C Sales through performance marketing Manage and analyse Digital Ad Campaigns, Influencer Campaigns, Brand Social Media Handles including coordinating with media agencies.
- Strategy to increase Brand Awareness in Retail Channel across 10000+ Retailers Pan India. Working along with the Sales teams to come up with a complete detailed plan for Online Marketing and ATL/BTL execution
- Collaborating with PR, Marketing and Influencers Agencies to get the plan executed.
- Requirements - Relevant experience in leading consumer brands in a D2C or omni-channel space.. Must have experience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns with defined KPIs.. Track record of successfully implementing Search Marketing, Social, managing Affiliates and running Display campaigns across multiple channels.
- Relevant experience in managing in-store advertising and customer engagements. Proven ability of creating campaigns that deliver increased traffic and revenue. Deep understanding of digital and social media marketing best practices.
