Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for process improvement and the overall results of the Talent Acquisition function. The incumbent will lead the company-wide full recruitment life cycle and the delivery of quality candidates within a fast-paced, high-growth, complex global organization.
Required Knowledge And Experience:
- Masters Degree required in an HR subject preferably recruitment.
- Total of 13 plus years progressive experience in a talent acquisition function within a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Proven success managing a Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations.
- Strong working knowledge of web search engine / tools, social media, applicant tracking systems.
- Proven ability to build consult, partner, and influence senior leaders across the organization
- Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and tools
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions and departments within a changing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with leadership and HR business partners to help define the recruiting process and talent acquisition strategy in line with the organization's need and strategy.
- Building and supporting strong partnerships with HR BPs
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team.
- Training, coaching and motivating the talent acquisition team to ensure service deliverable' s and overall talent needs are met.
- Optimizing talent acquisition expertise and leveraging talent acquisition best practice models ,tools, and vendors.
- Bench marking strategies and implementing best practices.
- Identifying knowledge, skills, and abilities of ideal candidates.
- Enhancing relationships with HRBPs by providing consultative advice and influencing outcomes.
- Delivering high-quality recruiting results based on established metrics.
- Determining and managing a recruiting team structure that supports workload and workflow of all talent acquisition activity and provide guidance and oversight to recruiting.
- Being the main point of contact for talent acquisition needs in India.
- Managing, training, coaching and mentoring a recruiting team across multiple locations
- Evaluating the structure, processes, and tools needed within the talent acquisition function in order to meet aggressive and timely hiring priorities for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs
- Implementing efficient, scalable, consistent, and effective talent acquisition processes and technologies which support the company’s continued growth and key business priorities.
- Monitoring and forecasting Talent Acquisition recruiting team’s performance to goals, while identifying opportunities to impact performance trends and hold the talent acquisition team members accountable for developing and executing action plans.
- Enhancing the interviewing and selection skills for e company’s managers.
- Accountability for the talent acquisition budget.
- Compiling, analyzing and utilizing data relating to recruitment.
