KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy and Development : Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice program management vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Program Planning: Collaborate with customers, managers & leadership to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization. Develop and manage a program roadmap that outlines the program's vision, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and optimize data analytics processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement best practices and standards for data analytics across the organization.
- Resource Management: Define roles, responsibilities, and tasks for different teams involved in the project.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact program success. Develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, vendors, and customers.
- Communication: Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress and issues, and ensure that team members are kept informed.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for providing the lead on major process improvement and new initiatives project, coordinating the whole program from cradle to grave. Ensure progress is monitored; risks identified and appropriate mitigation against non-delivery is invoked. Create and manage program plans gateways, functional milestones and deliverables, managing constraints to ensure delivery to program timing. Work and act independently, being self-supervising within the expectations of senior management with outcomes reviewed at senior level.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters with at least 1 years of work experience (preferably MBA from IIMs/Tier-1 institutions).
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Previous Experience in E-Commerce, BFSI, SAAS companies will be preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data tools such as SQL and program management software tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
