1. Experience in Manpower Reduction. Must have a history of implementing manpower reduction in Manufacturing Companies

2. Experience in various Industrial Engineering Related domains like OEE, Manpower reduction, supply chain implementation, time reduction, cost reduction.

3. Strong exposure of leading a team.

4. Management Consulting experience would be an added advantage.

5. Working experience in Manufacturing domain
