Job Overview:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive Health Insurance Sales across Jharkhand, Bihar, and Odisha in the Agency Vertical.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in health insurance sales, managing field teams, and developing a high-performing sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive health insurance sales across the assigned region by implementing effective strategies.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team under the Agency Vertical to achieve business targets.

- Recruitment & Development: Expand the sales force by onboarding and training insurance agents, advisors, and channel partners.

- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and drive regional growth.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

- Compliance & Relationship Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Health Insurance Sales, preferably in the Agency Vertical

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a field sales team

- Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving sales targets

- In-depth knowledge of the insurance market in Jharkhand, Bihar, and Odisha

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and agents

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
