Job Title: TA Lead - South & West Zone

Reports To: Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to head hiring efforts for the South and West Zone of India.


- The role involves leading the TA team responsible for hiring top talent in Field Sales and Contact Centers, ensuring efficient recruitment strategies, and driving talent acquisition excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Field Sales and Contact Center hiring across South and West zones.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the TA team, ensuring alignment with business goals and hiring needs.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver top talent.

- Recruitment Process Optimization: Streamline hiring processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience.

- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent market insights.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, maintain hiring metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Industry Exposure: Strong experience in Field Sales and Contact Center hiring is a must.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a recruitment team effectively.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.

- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to recruitment with expertise in reporting and analytics.
