You will collaborate across teams to create a seamless user experience, prioritize growth experiments, and launch features that accelerate growth. This role sits at the intersection of product development and marketing, requiring both technical expertise and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user feedback, and market research.

- Prioritize product features and enhancements that drive growth, based on impact and business objectives.

Product Development and Experimentation:

- Work with engineering and design teams to launch growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and new product features.

- Conduct rapid experimentation and iteration on product features to identify what drives user growth and engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate growth-focused features and product initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.

User Acquisition and Onboarding:

- Design product experiences that optimize user acquisition and onboarding, reducing friction and increasing activation rates.

- Use data and insights to enhance the user journey, ensuring new users quickly see value in the product.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration between product features and acquisition channels.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Analyze product usage data, user behavior, and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

- Use data insights to inform product decisions, iterate on experiments, and optimize growth strategies.

- Monitor and report on key growth metrics (e.g., activation, retention, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product growth initiatives with business goals.

- Communicate growth priorities and progress with stakeholders across the company.

- Ensure that growth experiments are executed efficiently and that successful experiments are scaled across the product.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Gather feedback from users to understand pain points and identify areas for improvement in the product experience.

- Champion the voice of the customer in product decisions to ensure that new features align with user needs and drive growth.

- Develop user personas and use cases to guide growth initiatives and product enhancements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven company.

- Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

- Experience running and analyzing growth experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and driving data-informed decisions.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track user behavior and growth metrics.

- Technical knowledge of product development processes and working with engineering teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cross-border trade, logistics, or e-commerce industries.

- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and product growth frameworks (e.g., Hooked Model, Pirate Metrics).
