Designation: Zonal Sales Head
Product: We have developed (disruptive) tools focussed at SME segment - PayUmoney POS Machine.
Location: West (Based out of Mumbai), South (Based out of Bangalore), North - Jaipur, Chandigarh & Lucknow (Based out of Gurgaon) & Delhi-NCR Region (Based out of Gurgaon).
Job Description:
- Handle inbound leads across SMB Segment & ensuring high conversion rates.
- Identify business development opportunities across cities and ensure adherence to stipulated expansion plan for cities.
- Responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining a relationship with existing customers for the purposes of solidifying current business and developing new business opportunities that are consistent with company objectives.
- Steer and oversee vendor on boarding, footprint expansion and fleet expansion initiatives across cities.
- Ensure adherence to operational fine print across hubs for different regions.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities, Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
- Opportunity to build a team as the number of strategic partnerships and each of the partnerships start to scale.
- Handling a team of RM's who are further managing the existing relationships across Region.
- Demonstrate excellent team work with city heads and undertake secondary responsibility of all KPI's.
- Responsible for driving business volumes through POS, increasing the per POS revenue through cross sell of VAS & ensuring that AR remains under defined percentage controls on managed POS base
- Involved in complete data crunching, analytical, brand promotion & team building activities to ensure the effectiveness of tasks assigned
Ideal candidate should have/be:
- MBA with experience in Business Development role (3-6 years)
- Entrepreneurial / Startup experience in the past preferred.
- Team Handling Experience is must.
- Very strong on problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
