What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and its execution for the business.
- Identify new areas of business growth by researching industry and related events. Monitor market trends and competitor's activities
- You will need to understand the needs of the merchants & devise product solutions tailored for the merchants.
- Devise GTM and sales strategies for launching solution as per merchant segment and acquisition
- Roll out strategic initiatives for sales, revenue growth & operations
- Build scale by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, sales, engineering and marketing teams)
What are we looking for?
- Have experience of 6+ years across strategy and/or sales, preferably in Digital Payments, Fintech Industry
- Have strong logical acumen and thinks strategically
- Ability toinfluence relevant stakeholders in internally; Lead discussions at C - level
- Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction
- Be a good team player with ability to drive assigned targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
