Role: Social Media Strategist
Designation : Senior Manager / Manager
Experience : 6 to 7 years
Responsibilities :
- Lead the social media team and related functions
- Develop / evolve social media roadmap for PayU brands i.e PayUmoney & PayUbiz
- Drive marketing & business objectives for Social Media
- Manage agencies for social media marketing
- Create engaged social communities
- Drive ORM and work closely with CRM team to foster query handling
- Work with content team to implement Content marketing plans on social media platforms
- Scale / Carry out Influencer Marketing in related categories
- Regular track of social media performance & analytics
- Own all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Instagram, Youtube, Google+
- Align social media strategy with evolving business objectives and brand image
Required Skill-set :
- Minimum experience of 5 years in handling social media strategy for an internet driven organization
- Should be a creative thinker, lead ideation and implementation of brand strategy across social mediums.
- Sound knowledge of B2B/ B2C community management and social media marketing
- Experience in using social medial tools to create online communities
- Strong understanding of social media metrics
- Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A background in e-tailing, BFSI or travel sector will be an added asset
- Proven track record in managing 360 degree social media marketing campaigns.
