Manager/ Sr. Manager - Payments Product for Offline Merchants
Job Description:
- We have developed (disruptive) tools which enables Buyers & Merchants to go cashless
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships (with Large Merchants) that can help drive new customer acquisition
- Own the terms of business with the partner
- Own the strategic partnership P&L for the business
- Opportunity to build a team as the number of strategic partnerships and each of the partnerships start to scale.
Continuously explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities
- Set-up team for acquisition of Medium & Small merchants
Ideal candidate should have/be:
- B.tech or MBA from top tier institutes: IITs, IIMs, ISB, MDI etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on
- Very strong on problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven
- Desire and ability to think like the customer
- Ability to think strategic and translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
- Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
- Strong understanding of technology and business
- Entrepreneurial / startup experience in the past preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate organization values
