Job Description - Assistant Manager (Legal)
Qualification: Law Graduate from a reputed law school.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 2 to 5 years
Role:
- Drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, letters, notices.
- Handling the ongoing company litigation in various forums with the outside counsel and regularly updating the management of the same.
- Research on various legal issues.
- Advising the management on issues relating to interpretation of relevant laws.
- Analyzing the viability of business models in relation to applicable laws.
