About the team : Mandate for the team is to help Paytm succeed in the Commerce space by building offerings that scale to the vast user and merchant base of Paytm. We partner with our merchants to offer our users value through unique offerings that make product purchasing affordable, rewarding and seamless. While at the same time we help our merchants build deeper relationships with their users through loyalty offerings, customized pricing, etc.
About the role :
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals to lead the Loyalty charter for Paytm. Loyalty charter includes the suite of products and tools that help a merchant setup, maintain and optimize relationships with its users/consumers.
- The individual will be responsible for building loyalty offering that work for multi store, multi city big businesses as well as for smaller merchants that make the bulk of Paytm's merchant base.
Expectations/Requirements :
- Proven leader with 12-18 Yrs of industry experience and a track record of solving problems at scale.
- Natural with understanding user requirements, creating optimal solution construct, working x-functionally, influencing without authority, etc.
- Build and manage a high performing team to execute on the product vision.
- This role will be a people manager role
- Define the market opportunity, strategize and build product roadmaps to achieve both short and long term goals.
- Ability to influence business partners, regulators as well as external parties to be able to arrive at the most optimum product solutions
- Able to drive end to end product roadmap - from planning, execution to impact assessment.
- Define the go-to market strategy and launch new product features in the market
