Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with issuers to build scale for the Credit Card Bill Payment business
- This will include partner management and also leading integrations across bill fetch, PLCC, CLI, Add-on, Card upgrades etc.
- Work with issuers to build exciting offers, cashbacks etc. for driving take up
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Understand the unit economics & revenue dynamics of overall business and sub lines viz. partnership integrations
- Work with networks to manage posting pipes, relationship and commercials
- Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for the business
An ideal candidate will be:
- Experience in credit cards / payments
- Experience of handling large partnerships and has led system/solution integrations
- Business P&L / commercials / planner understanding
- Ability to identify potential partners for vertical
- Relationship and great partner management skills
- Ability to negotiate complex deals & contracts with large companies
- Excellent cross-functional engagement skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Willing to travel to meet with issuers for enabling tie-ups and business growth
