Senior Auditor - Paytm Payments Bank

The primary responsibility to review and guide in audit engagement, planning and reporting activities. The candidate should have clear understanding of risk based audit methodologies. Further, the candidate will be expected to work with other team members on similar assignments and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Activities:

a. Annual Audit plan based on RBI guidelines on Risk Based Internal Audit

b. Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the key updates

c. Review & monitoring the execution of annual audit plan

d. Evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and flowcharts.

e. Conduct process reviews through stakeholder interviews, data validations, and document analysis.

f. Preparing detailed audit documentation including working papers, process analysis, case study and process benchmarking.

g. Presenting final issues to respective HODs and stakeholders.

h. Support in preparation of audit committee decks and reports.

Key Skills needed (Behavioral and functional):

a. Excellent communication and writing skill

b. Prior experience of team management will be an add on factor

Qualification & Experience:

a. Preferred Experience -12 to 15 years in Bank/Financial Institute/Internal Audit

b. Preferred educational background - CA
