Role: Legal Qualification: LLB Experience: Overall 7+ yrs of experience- in Bank or NBFC is preferred Job Description 1. Drafting and vetting of the contracts such as service provider agreements, software license agreements, payments agreements, customer facing communications, banking terms and conditions, website/mobile application screens 2. Negotiation expertise of dealing with service providers and business partners such as banks/NBFCs/Payment gateways/merchants etc. 3. Well versed in banking laws and RBI and NPCI regulations, regulations pertaining to wallets, bank deposit accounts, referral/distribution services, remittances, loans, business correspondents, debit cards, co-branded cards, NPCI products and services, payment aggregators, intermediaries guidelines, PSS Act, cards etc. 4. Advising on legal compliance, product notes and operational SoPs of the bank 5. Experienced in collaborating with bank internal stakeholders in relation to agreement vetting, drafting, negotiation and execution 6. Handling intra-company matters with affiliates/associates 7. Researching various legal propositions
