Paytm Payments Bank - Business Finance Role

Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities -

- Over all ownership of Annual Operating Plan in alignment to Business goals.

- Manage the Profit and Loss statements, review the actual results against the Budgeted goals to support financial analysis and forecasting

Core Responsibilities

- Manage Intercompany and key banking alliances for Paytm Payments Bank

- Work in partnership with the CEO Office / Finance controller in the development and execution of corporate finance strategies.

- Shape and steer the business operations including Budgets, MIS, Accounting, Regulatory, compliance etc.

- Development and production of all necessary financial management information for the corporate and business unit decision-making.

- Reporting responsibilities for the Bank and Presenting Business updates to Leadership

- Product Conceptualization - Banking Products like Premium cards, Account variants, Customer offerings

- Develop efficient processes for chosen Business verticals and get them implemented

People Management

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of Business operations for Bank

Skills & Experience

- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to identify and solve a wide range of business problems.

- Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage a team, and ability to work collaboratively with all other functions.

- Should maintain good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business related needs with stakeholders.

- Business awareness, problem solving skills. Should be strong in communication and written skills and exhibit excellent professional ethics

- Experience in Financial services/ Banking/ FinTech preferred

Qualification

- MBA degree from a reputed Management institute

Language Skills

- Written and spoken English is essential

- Minimum 6 Years of Experience
