Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketing Lead to drive and optimize our performance marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high- impact performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will lead a team and work closely with cross- functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and affiliate networks.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the end- to- end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver a high ROI.

- Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data- driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage performance marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively across channels and ensure efficient use of the marketing budget to achieve the best results.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketers. - Foster a collaborative environment and drive the team's performance to meet and exceed targets.

- Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

- Market Research: Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply insights to innovate and stay ahead in the performance marketing domain.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in managing and scaling performance- driven campaigns.

- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.

Skills:

- Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEM, social media advertising, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
