What is Paytm Force :

- Paytm Force is a team of on-field specialists who on-board merchants on Paytm Wallet and guide them to use it. The team will eventually also work on onboarding sellers for Paytm marketplace, hotels for travel on Paytm and also Banking correspondents for Paytm Payment Bank.

Domain : Sales & Marketing for Business Development (Paytm Force)

What you will do :

Setting up Paytm Force :

- Set up operations for Paytm Force in the city to onboard and manage offline payments network.

- Identify and sign up Force channel partners /distributors . Manage their onboarding and operations.

- Initiate creative local force agent acquisition strategies and execute to enlist a large poor of Paytm Force Agents.

Sales and operations :

- Achieve targets of onboarding outlets for Paytm payments via Force agents and Force Channel Partners.

- Manage the assigned city/area to maximise sign ups

- Ensure quality of sign-ups by maintaining category and segment mix for balanced penetration

- Maximize both number of transacting merchants and total number of transactions

- Engage and Retain Paytm Force agents through regular meets and market working and visits.

- Manage and enagage channel partners, ensuring smooth business relations

- Conduct refresher training for PF agents on regular basis
