Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure smooth operations of ATM and monitor managed services for positive experience by the customers
- Review ATM installation requests, prepare quarterly review on performance of all ATMs, oversee installations to ensure proper execution and deadlines are met
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, provide recommendations for increasing efficiency
- Ensure all TAT definitions and guidelines are met during entire dispute cycle
- Ensure 100% reconciliation of transactions as per the defined timeline, ensure dispute resolution within defined timelines
- Establish effective working relationships with all business partners to ensure high service levels in areas handled
- Manage complaints/escalations, ensure complaints are responded back within defined TAT and raise complaints/escalations to vendors/partner bank
- Ensure all SOPs are created, implemented and monitored for adherence
- Ensure high standards of quality, adhere to regulatory compliances and risk controls
- Directly participate in departmental functions to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery of services
