Paytm - EDC Business Manager - Revenue Products & Strategic Initiatives
Job Description :
- Help grow the EDC business by adding new revenue streams and products for existing and new merchants
- Spearhead end-to-end lifecycle for new products right from product requirements, development, commercials, go to market strategy, operations and post launch growth
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth, Operations etc.) teams develop and successfully growth the revenue products for the business
- Liaise with other verticals within Paytm to identify synergies and launch products in partnerships such as marketing products and financial services for merchants
- Own the revenue and P&L targets for these products along with regular reporting and forecasting for revenue delivery
- Keep up with the trends in merchant services and competitive landscape for the business, identify and launch new products as per market trends
- Work with sales and BD teams to develop strategic partnerships with external companies for large opportunities and drive these strategic initiatives for end to end closure
Skills Needed :
- Strong business background with experience of executing revenue initiatives or managing P&L responsibilities
- Experience of working in a product company and comfortable working with product managers and growth teams to develop and grow products
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams and program management of initiatives with end to end ownerships
- Ability to build business models and decide commercials and pricing strategies
- Strong Problem solving skills and ability to take data-informed decisions
- Keen eye to understand market trends, opportunities to identify the products and solutions needed to cater to market needs
- Very strong execution capabilities
