Paytm - Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

- The role involves working closely with Product and Business stakeholders to empower data driven decision making and generate insights which will help grow the key metrics of business.

- Responsible to Analyze raw data, Manipulate, Cleanse and Process data using a combination of database Hive/Sql and process them using an appropriate language example R/Python

- Drive execution on strategic high impact projects for steep growth

- Responsible for performing data driven analytics for generating business insights

- Drive key analytical projects to deliver on revenue goals and data driven decision making

- Coordinating and driving end-to-end cross-functional projects in collaboration with business stakeholders

- Identifying high impact experiences and developing and implementing strategies to solve for the same

- Develop strong hypothesis, conduct A/B analytics and make data based recommendations

Skills & Requirements :

- Advanced expertise in MS Excel & SQL

- Experience in big data technologies like hive is preferred

- Familiarity in visualization tools like Tableau

- An ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with - professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
