- Payroll Processing: Lead the end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse employee base, including regular, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

- System Management: Utilize SAP and/or Oracle systems to manage payroll data, resolve system issues, and perform system updates and configurations as needed.

- Reporting: Prepare and analyze complex payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and compliance reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings.

- Compliance: Ensure all payroll practices are compliant with local - Egyptian regulations, including tax laws, wage and hour laws, and labor agreements.

- Compensation and Benefits Reporting: Collaborate with HR and finance teams to prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Salary Review and Benchmarking: Assist in the annual salary review process, including benchmarking roles against market data and recommending salary adjustments to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.

- Grading: Support the development and implementation of job grading systems to ensure consistent and fair evaluation of roles within the organization and in line with Knauf's Region policy and guidelines.

- Audit and Reconciliation: Perform regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Payroll Policies and Procedures: Develop, review, and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related issues and support organizational initiatives.

- Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, issues, and adjustments.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and/or Oracle payroll modules. Advanced knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and preparing reports.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
