1. You will be responsible for end to end complete payroll process.
- Exit Formalities: The full and final settlement, PF withdrawal forms, Benefits, insurance, pension Governance
2. Overseeing pensions governance
3. Setting up retirals & tax processes
4. Ensuring accuracy of payroll delivery & resolution of issues as they arise
5. Maintaining employee records & onboarding processes
6. Managing the Exit process
Required qualification:
1. Have a Bachelors or Masters/MBA with a concentration in HR or a related area
2. Have 3+ years of experience in the area of HR Operations, Pensions & Retiree Management, Payroll operations, or shared services.
