Payroll Specialist
Overall responsibilities include:
- The person provides support for payroll processing, all activities relating to medical insurance, forex, visa support compliance, ambassador compliance with regulatory
- Coordination with employees for investment declaration
- Responsible for life insurance working and coordination
- Providing ad hoc information and analysis as required
- Backing up in payroll process and ultimately taking over the role of payroll processing and employee compensation benefits
Qualification: 3-8 years of experience, including work in payroll and benefits. Bachelors of Commerce
SKILLS
Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications, financial systems and general ledger. Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications:
- Excel, and Word, PowerPoint,
- Oracle or other large financial systems environment
- Business Objects or comparable system
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
