Payroll Head - IT

Our MNC IT Client is Hiring Payroll Head for Bangalore Location

Candidates must have experience handling payroll for more than 3 lac employees (India & Global Payroll)

Experience

- Minimum 18 years handling India payroll end to end (should be from Finance or Operations function, not from HR)

- Minimum 10 years experience handling a big team

Knowledge

- End to end payroll operations (entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement)

- Process knowledge

- Income tax

- Labour Laws

- Complete accounting
