Job Description - Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the employee life cycle, ensuring implementation of policies and benefits and leading compensation and benefits administration.
- Deliver subject matter expertise and monitor standards in compensation quantitative and qualitative analytical projects and in support of ongoing program administration.
- Payroll,compensation and benchmarking for Indian and US entities
- Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements Manage all HR databases and HR processes in an HR Shared Services environment.
- Lead all major HR Projects Responsible for all statutory labor compliance - PF & Gratuity Labor Law Compliance - Shops & Establishment Act
- Owner for all HR data for the Global Service Centre BCP planning for HR Single point of contact for all inspections & audits
- Handle all audits – Statutory& financial Manage all inspections
- Responsible for all communications from HR dept including timely roll out of communications and content accuracy
The Successful Candidate - You will possess a total experience of 15+ years with 7 to 10 years of experience in Payroll,Compensation & Benefits administration in a MNC environment. Experience in a shared services environment would be preferred.You will have knowledge of Indian and US compensation laws and policies
