Cand Profile
- Should be a graduate or PG degree in HR
- A go-getter & energetic individual with 6- 10 years of experience who is hands-on with payroll process, statutory compliance, benefits administration and MIS reporting.
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Excellent command over MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Demonstrates sense of urgency in delivery and disciplined in terms of adherence to timelines / commitments made to stakeholders
- Dedicated and committed
- Accuracy and quality of payroll process (99% accuracy) with minimal financial leakages / critical audit findings
100% adherence to timelines with respect to various statutory payments (PF, ESIC, Professional tax, Income tax etc) and close liaison with vendors / Finance for the same
- Timely response & closure to employee queries / grievances (within 48 hours)
- Close monitoring / liaison with payroll vendor with respect to agreed SLAs
- Ensure that all payroll/benefits related processes are duly documented and kept updated at all times
- Audit readiness at all points in time by way of clear documentation of exceptions / deviations, ensuring they are duly signed off as per authority matrix and easily retrievable
- Relevant profiles from ITES/ Kpos/Bpos/HR offshoring or outsourcing consulting firms in rewards domain processing or very large organizations with large workforce are eligible to apply
