Payoda Technologies - Senior Professional - Learning & Development

Looking for L&D professionals with 6-14 years experience for Coimbatore location,

with Very Good knowledge in the Technology products/ Technical domain.

Must have experience in strategizing and implementing Learning and Development initiatives for the organization.

Must focus both on formal and informal learning initiatives, while always maintaining an ROI from each initiative to increase performance on the job and value for the organization.

Must also be able to conduct hands on training/workshops in various behavioral and functional skills.

Must have experience in team handling and management to ensure planned L&D initiatives are rolled out with a clear vision,processes and quantitative/qualitative ROI.

Must have understanding of technology and emerging trends to ensure effective liason with folks in delivery, to understand learning needs.

Must have experience in organizational development to ensure Brand, Vision, Mission, Values, Culture of the organization are effectively sustained through learning initiatives.

Must understand emerging trends and best practices in L&D and be able to implement and roll out such initiatives as per need.

Must have a clear vision and data driven approach to measure learning effectiveness, and take strategic calls on sustenance of initiatives.

Must be able to work with the team to ensure the formal training calendar is analysed, rolled out, and training implemented with no deviations.

Must be creative to ensure continuous engagement with employees and ensuring a a fun learning culture is established.
