Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to develop strategies for the Corporate Communications department, to achieve the vision of Payoda. Candidate should possess the leadership ability to articulate a clear vision for the Corporate Communications Department, and should be willing to work with a small team to focus on media relations and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the Corporate Communications Department to execute all internal and external communication
- Develops and implements strategic plans for the Corporate Communications Department to facilitate the achievement of the Payoda's vision.
- Supervises the development and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards and practices organizational-wide that elicit, as well as promote the ethos of the organization.
- Ensuring efficient and effective use of communications channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) and updating posts consistently to meet audience requirements.
- Leads the charge on all content review org. wide on a need basis, and takes care of content creation for social media, newsletter and website pages.
- Ideate across various teams to provide perspective on how best to brand initiatives and events internally and externally.
- Ideate and liaison with the team to create multimedia collaterals like videos to be pushed on social media and used for other internal initiatives.
- Identifies and implements effective techniques for fostering public/employee participation in events or campaigns run.
- Manages relations, and builds relationships with key industry media to get more buzz around Payoda.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the organization's communication.
- Performs related tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master- s/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing, followed by a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing and communication roles.
- Public relations experience required.
- Experience in media, communications or journalism.
Required Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of branding strategies and tactics through multimedia including the Web.
- Sound written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within compressed timeframes.

- Team-oriented working skills.
- Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges.
