Job description:

- Provides expert business analysis and business process transformation capabilities to support strategic portfolio and project planning.

- Assists senior management in defining product roadmap, prioritization, resource requirements, benefits, risks and deliverables.

- Conducts analyses to support critical business decisions in networking product development domain and owns product roadmap, prioritization with customers and stakeholders and requirement detailing.

- Quantifies opportunities and risk and recommends alternatives. Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management.

- Provides coaching, direction and leadership to business analyst team members in order to achieve business results and goals.

- May perform business analysis tasks on highly complex projects, and/or coordinate these tasks between a team of Senior BAs (SBAs) / BAs.

- Reviews new customer product enhancement proposals, identifies issues, risk and opportunities.

- Works with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes. Consults with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

- Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations

- Ability to quickly identify the information needed to evaluate new business situations and to collect and organize appropriate quantitative and qualitative information
