US Shift
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with both the large strategic customers as well emerging accounts and is responsible for achieving the sales quota and assigned strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with key people in designated accounts.
- Co-ordinate activities with solution engineering, product and support to meet account performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Meets targets in assigned accounts.
- Account planning to meet mutual performance objectives and critical milestones for a year and three year period.
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- Chair quarterly board reviews and executive board reviews.
Qualifications :
- BE / B.tech from a reputed university.
- MBA
- 3 - 5 years in handling North American accounts for IT products.
- Experience in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and measuring customer health index
- Excellent communication skills and preferably from reputed networking companies
