Payment Technology Director - Banking Captive

- The leader will be responsible for building Operations and Payments Technology organization. Run and Change the large scale Technology Operations, Technology Transformation and Innovation across Financial Services IT.

- Responsible to implementing payments processing, global messaging, payments investigations, disbursements and payments data IT

- Manage large operations team spread across various geographies and execute the organisation's strategy and implementing change across all levels

- Ability to setup global delivery teams, COE's and driving major off shoring initiatives

Your skills & experience

- 15+ years of experience in global technology delivery, payments technology, partner management, IT Strategy, Agile Transformation or related technical field

- Technology leader with track record in building Technology Operation (both Change and Run), Technology Transformation and Innovation across Financial Services IT
