Product Manager We are looking for a talented product manager to spearhead the development of our mobile application and international expansion plans. The ideal candidate should be customer centric and have a passion to solve complex problems using analytical and data-driven approach. Responsibilities : Business Documentation: - Document business requirements for new features and enhancements - Conduct walk-throughs with the Engineering and Testing teams to explain newly conceptualized features to promote clarity Project Management : - Take responsibility of end-to-end project management to ensure each phase of the project from documentation to launch progresses as per plan - Liase with Engineering team to ensure smooth flow of information about business and development priorities - Work with Engineering Team to identify solutions to resolve any issues which may come during the development / testing phase - Raise potential red flags in a timely manner for issues which might delay the planned product launches or lead to deviation from planned business objectives - Conduct Business UAT for each new release of the Mobile App Manage a Product Roadmap : - Manage a product roadmap for PayMate Mobile App for India as well as other geographies - Create, manage and prioritize a feature backlog for the mobile app - Prioritize features and functionalities for development and launch during each development cycle Launch of Mobile App in International Markets : - Support organization's expansion plans in other geographies like Middle-east and South-east Asia Qualification & Skillsets : - 3 - 6 years of experience in product management - Must have managed mobile app-based products across product lifecycle - Excellent documentation skills with a command on tools like, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel - Effective written and verbal communication - Must possess an analytical mindset with an inclination to analyze data and derive actionable insights - Must have worked with analytical tools like CleverTap, Google Analytics, Firebase, Branch etc. - Experience in working with Agile Methodologies would be an added advantage
