This position shall be responsible for managing and driving the Online Partnerships and Affiliate business, leading a team of high performing individuals.   - Develop strategic priorities for business for driving continuous growth  - Manage teams for driving various initiatives like new merchant acquisition, customer acquisition, customer activation and customer retention  - Achieve revenue targets assigned to business  - Drive marketing campaigns using email marketing, SEM and retargeting  - Develop and track various performance metrics like , web traffic , conversions, click rates, new customers acquisitions, revenue generated  - Support development of new product and features required for continuous enhancement of the online-shopping platform  - Mentor and manage teams to drive high performance while retaining best talent  - Acquire and manage accounts (Sales and BD) in the online partnerships. Manage sales pipelines, manage collections and payments  - Understand the partners’ business and define ways and means to drive value to them.  - Achieve revenue targets assigned for the business. Value based monthly/quarterly targets that will have to be achieved  - Be thought leader in the digital space and the potential of world wide web within the organization  - Be in tune with the latest online marketing opportunities that exist and develop deep understanding about customer loyalty programs & CRM practices  Experience Required :  - 10+ across business development, account management, digital marketing with 4-5 years in eCommerce / online businesses  Academia : MBA/ Relevant educational background  Key competencies:  - Sales and business development  - Online marketing (exposure in SEO/ SEM/ Email marketing)  - Account management / relationship management  - Highly skilled in presentations and proposals  - Team management   Kindly note this position is initially based out of Bangalore, however based on business need candidate should be open to relocate to Gurgaon too.
