Paxal Stainless - Manager - Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Bdm to oversee both the operations and marketing/Sales departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership, operational excellence, and effective marketing strategies.

Job Summary :

Location : Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore

Position Type : Full-time

Reports to : Managing Director

- BDM will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of overall Business development initiatives.

- This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and implement innovative marketing strategies to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive Business development strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- Researching prospective accounts in target markets

- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

- Training business development staff

- Attending conferences and industry events

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing Business development executives.

Qualifications :

- Any Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management and marketing leadership roles.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of operations best practices and marketing trends.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Proven ability to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
