Salary Offered : 6 -7 LPA
1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
2. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and manage resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
3. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner account.
4. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
5. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
6. Sells through partner organization to end user by training the partner sales resources.
7. Manage potential channel conflict with other firms in similar lines, by fostering excellent internal and external communication while maintaining strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
8. Solution development to address end- user's needs, by coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
9. Ensure Partner compliance with partner agreements.
10. Drives adoption of company program among assigned partners.
11. Proactively involve and recruit new qualifying partners.
