Job Title : Partnerships - FinTech | NeoBank
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the strategic initiatives in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing external partnerships with US banks, processors, ATM networks, and other Neobanking entities, ensuring a seamless collaboration and functionality within the organization.
About the Client : Our client is a well-funded, fast growing FinTech organisation, backed by marquee investors, with a mission to make financial products accessible to everyone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with external US banks, processors, ATM networks, and Neobanking partners.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of banking and financial partnerships.
- Facilitate regular communication and coordination among teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of banking and financial services within our systems, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
- Troubleshoot and address any operational challenges related to external partnerships, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all banking and financial partnerships comply with regulatory requirements.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
The successful applicant :
- Degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership management within the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the US banking landscape, processors, ATM networks, and neo banking trends.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex relationships and drive collaborative efforts in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in the financial industry.
