About the Client :
Our client is one the world's leading players in the Education-Technology space. In their Enterprise business they have partnered with large strategic accounts - Fortune-500 companies & Universities to target curated skill development for their employees.
Role :
The role is to manage the university accounts in the India and help students get exciting job opportunities by working with large enterprises. The students would be the one who have taken courses from our platform and have skill sets upgraded to the levels the parter enterprises are looking for.
The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for:
- Owning a portfolio of strategic accounts and fullfil their needs by bringing in enough opportunities for their students
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
About the Candidate :
The candidate would report to the Global Head for Account Management and should have/be :
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
