Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Partnerships and Alliances Lead to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic partnerships that enhance our brand presence, create new revenue streams, and strengthen our market position in the coworking and managed office sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships and alliances, excellent negotiation and business development skills, and a proven track record of building successful alliances at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure strategic partnerships with brands that align with our company's vision and values
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and execute partnership initiatives.
- Review, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee the implementation of co-branded initiatives and activations across various channels.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the coworking, real estate, or hospitality sectors
- Experience in managing multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the co-working/managed office industry and its trends.
