Job Description :

- Manage a portfolio of Delhi Capitals Franchise's sponsor relationship and partnerships, with particular focus on high-value partnerships, maintaining a close, communicative and high responsive relationships and aiming where possible to secure and grow their participation in future years.

- Drive the following partnerships for Delhi Capitals including strategizing, pitching, closing and activations

- Sponsorships

- Licensing & Merchandising

- Content

- Create new programs and IP's across the fields of E Sports, NFT's and content

- Maintain, monitor and update licensing status and compliance procedures in all jurisdictions;


- Respond to requests from commercial partners in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

- Manage databases of targeted commercial partners, executive and employee information relevant to licensing program. Prepare licensing program reports (e.g., pipeline, status, renewals, etc.) for the Delhi Capitals Franchise's Leadership team and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate and plan research into new sponsor prospects, and lead regular meetings with Sales counterparts to identity how best to progress new relationships.

- Maintain agency relationships for sponsors with PR, digital, production and media intelligence partners

- Present innovative, well-researched and enterprising business proposals and overview documents for prospective commercial partners.

- Plan and oversee the activation plan for Delhi Capitals sponsors including branding, content, match day activations, hospitality etc

- Should have run L& M program for a brand in Luxury / Entertainment/ Sports/ Movies space.

- Build strategic relationships cross-functionally with Marketing & Media Team, Cricket Operations, Sponsorship counterparts of JSW/GMR Group, F&A Team - to ensure that sponsor requirements are met effectively.

- To update the JSW/GMR/DC senior stakeholders for Franchise commercial partnership, off season commercial partnership planning.

- Work closely with the Marketing & Media Team and Cricket Operations individuals when required on event planning and match management with specified events when necessary.

- Coordinate with DC-CEO, GMR & JSW Group key stakeholders for Commercial updates, Discussion on Financial Matters, Budget - AOP.
