Partnership Manager - Advertising Sales

As the go-to person for selling outdoor advertising inventory at our bike-share stations, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and shape the advertising landscape in the rapidly.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential brand partners interested in impactful advertising opportunities on our large-format hoardings located behind bicycle docking stations.

- Leverage your existing network while establishing new relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and within marketing departments.

- Manage the entire sales process with expertise, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

- Collaborate closely with our creative marketing and operations teams to develop tailored advertising packages that meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.

- Stay informed on industry trends, maintain a competitive edge, and proactively identify new business opportunities.

- Effectively communicate Tilt's services, benefits, and unique value proposition to potential partners.

- Represent Tilt at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence and expand our professional network.

About You:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hyperlocal out-of-home (OOH) sales, preferably within the advertising or media industry, with a strong record of success.

- You are a proven deal-closer with a history of exceeding sales targets.

- Your contact list is extensive and includes influential individuals within brands, agencies, and marketing departments.

- You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- You excel in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and have a strong drive for success.
