Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with Indian investors, family offices, UHNIs, and other key stakeholders.

- Engage clients for wealth management solutions with a focus on ticket sizes between - 5 crore and - 50 crore.

Business Development:

- Leverage domestic and international networks to set up meetings with prospective clients.

- Pitch alternative investment products, including equities, debt, private equity, PMS, VC funds, REITs, INVITs, and other asset classes.

- Drive the wealth management business using a fee and distribution model.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of up to 15 professionals.

- Manage the team's performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability.

Strategic Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm's presence in the wealth management space.

- Handle end-to-end client engagement from onboarding to post-investment support.

The ideal candidate will -

- Bring extensive expertise in wealth management, prior relationships with Indian Family Offices and UHNI clients, and a strong understanding of alternative investment products.

- Come with 7-10 years of experience in wealth management with a proven track record of working with UHNIs and Indian Family Offices.

- Strong understanding of alternative investment products such as equities, private equity, PMS, and more.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.

- Exceptional relationship management and business development skills.
