Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's success by strategically managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an independent contributor role where you will be responsible for both Lateral Hiring and Campus Hiring, ensuring the acquisition of top-notch talent to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities.

Lateral Hiring:

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified professionals for various roles within the company.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and evaluations, to ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to implement effective and innovative recruitment practices.

Campus Hiring:

- Design and implement campus recruitment programs to identify and engage top talent from leading educational institutions.

- Foster relationships with universities and colleges to create a strong talent pipeline for entry-level positions within the organization.

- Coordinate and participate in on-campus events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to promote the employer brand among prospective graduates.

Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with senior leadership to understand the company's business goals and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the recruitment process.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Implement best practices to enhance the employer brand and create a compelling value proposition for potential candidates.

Qualifications , Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition, preferably in the engineering/manufacturing or related industry.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
